Additionally, he has been responsible for interpreting and analyzing the impact of these accounting policies on corporate entities. His experience and insight have provided business owners with the effective implementation of sound internal control systems.

Mr. Michaels has extensive experience providing services to the construction and real estate communities. He represents a large number of businesses in this industry segment and has assisted his clients in establishing quality job costing systems to allow them to manage their business in today's competitive environment.

Mr. Michaels is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Mr. Michaels, his wife Nancy, and their two daughters live in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey.
