Mr. Kaufman is a senior manager at Goldstein Lieberman & Company LLC with a broad base of experience including the performance of audits, reviews and compilations of closely-held companies. He also has extensive experience in tax planning and preparation for individuals, various types of business entities, estates and trusts. He focuses on business and tax consulting predominately for closely held businesses and their owners in areas such as budgeting, cash flow management, accounting systems design, tax minimization, tax collection, and multi-state taxation.

Mr. Kaufman has an extensive professional practice in both the tax and financial consulting areas. He is known for his forward thinking and proactive approach to both tax planning and financial structures. Mr. Kaufman assists his clients on a regular basis providing financial services that include, but are not limited to, business valuations, business or investment acquisition/divestiture evaluations and structuring, preparation of business plans, extensive financial modeling, private and public financing evaluation and structuring, and general financial and cash flow counseling.

Mr. Kaufman is a graduate of the City University of New York. He has served on the board of directors of the Glen Rock Jewish Center, serving as Treasurer of the Center for six years. In addition, Mr. Kaufman has been successfully representing clients in tax audits for more than twenty years.
